Join us as we share our acro love! We will teach both therapeutic partner yoga as well as acrobatic partner balancing. Learn to base and fly, give and receive, in a safe, supportive environment. We’ll be sharing some great therapeutic techniques (effortless inversions and massage positions) as well as some really fun acrobatic stuff. Partner Balancing is a powerful tool for building relationships and community!
Not only is it super yummy and crazy fun, it’s also a beautiful, creative, embodied and healing way to play. Along with all that, it’s an amazing way to practice conscious communication, trust and surrender!
You’ll learn some awesome skills to have and share.
