As I move through my life, I ask one question about every important aspect of my life. “How do I want to feel?” About finances, relationships, physical well being, and world issues. I move my emotions on whatever subject I choose, to a place where I want it. e.g. “How do I want to feel about relationships”?
I want to feel free, excited, sexual and flowing together, in the flow with each other, easy flowing times. Lot’s of fun, easy fun, fantastic, happy, excited. Then, when I feel full, I let it go, or maybe think about a person in specific and then feel how I want to feel about them, or think of a potential action I was thinking of taking and feel how that feels compared to how I want to feel about relationships. If it feels as good or better to think about doing that thing then I do it, if not, I move the emotion some more or don’t do it. I’ll do this often, as things come up, and stay in a loving place, towards, me, others, etc…
Emotions are integral in our understanding of where we are in terms of what we really want in our life. Positive emotions mean that we are in tune with things that we want and on our way towards more fun life experiences. Negative emotions mean the opposite. I help you move emotions from where you are on specific subjects; finances, relationships etc…, to a better feeling place; eventually to a state of flow, or alignment. We use the power of focus and intention to help you find better feeling ideas on subjects where you are experiencing negative emotion, strong or subtle, or are wanting improvement. This work is about consciously recognizing where you are on a specific subject, and then moving emotions towards better, happier, or more powerful ones; eventually, into their most fully empowered expression; which, if maintained, and/or unimpeded, will yield a positive feeling outcome.
Once you feel the ease of these processes, and the alignment you will create through consciously taking thoughts and moving them towards better feeling ones, you will want to carry forward and work on every aspect of your life. Who wouldn’t want more of what they desire everywhere in their experience? If you stay focused on the positives, and move the negatives when they arise, you can live very happily, in love and appreciation (or at least on your way to them); using these powerful processes to create your own flow. And you can do it as much as you like, on your own.
