-This workshop will be an introduction to the art of fire spinning and contact staff. Through this workshop, different techniques will be shown and a demonstration with guidance will follow.

Lance Mayer is from Buckley, Washington and has been spinning fire for a few years now. He got his start in marching band, which led him into studying contact staff and later developing a fascination with fire spinning. He is excited to show people some things he has learned over the years and help other people who have an interest in this exciting form.
